Noble Construction Corp. is seeking a Mechanical Supervisor for the BHP Jansen Mine project to lead underground site activities. You will supervise the execution of tasks, coordinate with the superintendent, and ensure safety and efficiency on site.

The role requires strong leadership, 5+ years underground belting experience, and proficiency with MS Office tools. The job features a 12-hour shift pattern, travel as needed, and a competitive wage with benefits.

Qualifications

• Conveyance and belt construction experience.
• Underground Supervisors ticket.
• Minimum 5 years underground belting experience.
• Strong leadership and teamwork.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Internet, Excel.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of safety, health, and mine regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise project execution ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Assign daily duties and reduce idle time.
• Manage daily scheduling and communicate with superintendent.
• Ensure compliance with safety regs and company policies.
• Inspect work for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain records of work orders, inspections, and materials.
• Identify improvements and action plans.
• Coordinate with project controls and communicate importance.
