Job summary

Windfall Mining Group is seeking an experienced Underground Electrical Supervisor to lead electricians and instrumentation technicians at the Windfall site in northern Québec. You will plan, direct, and oversee electrical activities across underground operations, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You will work a 15 days on / 13 days off schedule, with transportation, lodging, and meals provided. The role requires strong leadership, English proficiency, and a history of supervising

Qualifications

• DEC in Industrial Electronics, Electrical Eng., or Instrumentation & Control (or DEP in electricity/electromechanics).
• 10 years in mining electrical work, incl. 5 years underground.
• Quebec CÉ Class C electrical licence.
• Supervisory experience.
• Experience starting up mining projects (asset).
• English language knowledge.
• Valid Class 5 driver's licence.
• Explosives permit.
• Mining modules 1–7 completed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure electrical work complies with Quebec standards and regulations.
• Plan and supervise electrical work at Windfall site.
• Order supplies and equipment for site infrastructure.
• Organize underground electricians' schedule.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and cost tracking for electrical work.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and safety practices.
