Job summary

Redpath Canada Limited is seeking a Supervisor to manage a mining crew on a day-to-day basis at a remote camp in Northern Quebec. You will ensure tasks from the Site Superintendent are completed safely, coordinate resources, and maintain safety standards across the crew.

The role requires 10+ years of hard rock experience with 5 years in supervision, strong leadership, and clear communication with management and field teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years hard rock experience with 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Ontario Hard Rock Underground Common Core – Full Basic and Front Line Supervisor certifications.
• First Aid training and WHMIS knowledge are required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate day-to-day mining crew activities.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper use of equipment.
• Maintain logs and reports; ensure resources are available.
• Schedule work and adapt to conditions; communicate with Mine Manager.
