Technica Mining is seeking a Development Supervisor to join our Sudbury, ON team. You will oversee underground mining development activities, coordinate daily operations, and report to the Mine Superintendent to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
The role emphasizes leadership, safety, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities while managing crews, subcontractors, and equipment to meet project objectives.
Currently, Technica is seeking a motivated individual to join our growing team as a Development Supervisor in Sudbury, ON. This position will support our long-term, local development projects and play a key role in overseeing underground mining activities. Reporting directly to the Mine Superintendent, the Development Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and supervising daily operations to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project objectives.
