Responsibilities

• Respect safety standards at all times.
• Inspect the work environment at the start and end of the shift.
• Complete the equipment inspection card, if applicable.
• Read and understand blasting plans and specifications.
• Handle, transport, and store explosives and accessories.
• Load explosives into blast holes.
• Unblock blast holes with a compressed air hose when needed.
• Perform any other related tasks.
