Job summary

Kensington Health in Toronto seeks a UKG Specialist to manage day-to-day HRIS administration, data integrity, reporting, and analytics. You will be the first point of contact for HRIS users and help optimize UKG Pro and WFM across payroll and timekeeping.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of HR experience, with 2–4 years of experience using HRIS systems (prefer UKG Pro)
• Proficiency with UKG-related tools and modules for time tracking, payroll, and reporting
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with a customer-service orientation

Responsibilities

• Serve as system owner and SME for UKG Pro and UKG WFM, including configuration and integrations
• Manage module implementations, upgrades, and enhancements in partnership with IT, Payroll, and UKG Support
• Monitor issues, perform root-cause analysis, and maintain system documentation
• Develop training materials and resources to support adoption and use of UKG/WFM
• Provide day-to-day end-user support and guidance to managers and staff
• Generate HR reports and dashboards to support decision-making and compliance
