Job summary

ASEBP is seeking an HR Systems Analyst to optimize our UKG HRIS and related HR technologies. You will be the primary technical resource, configuring, maintaining, and improving our HRIS and related systems, while partnering with HR, Payroll, and business leaders to solve complex process and data challenges.

You’ll lead system releases, ensure data integrity, develop reports and dashboards, and enable better decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in human resources, business, information systems, technology, or related discipline.
• Five to ten years of HR systems experience.
• Experience with HR/payroll systems and cloud-based SaaS; UKG experience valued.
• Relevant professional certifications (UKG, HRIP, CPHR, BA/PM/Change/Data analytics) are assets.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the UKG HRIS platform, including payroll, recruiting, onboarding, performance, time tracking, learning, document management, and employee records.
• Administer and support other HR technologies and applications, including configuration, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
• Translate business needs into system solutions, including configuration changes, reporting, testing, integrations, and process improvements.
• Manage quarterly system releases, reviewing release notes, assessing business impacts, coordinating testing, and overseeing implementation.
• Evaluate, test, and implement system upgrades, enhancements, and new functionality.
• Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with vendors to implement solutions.
• Maintain HR and payroll data integrity and develop reports, dashboards, and data extracts.
