Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of U.S business immigration preferred.
• Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support U.S. business immigration engagements from intake to submission of packages.
• Draft, review and edit application packages for review by supervising lawyers.
• Collect information from HR contacts and applicants and ensure timely filings.
• Delegate tasks to staff and manage document collection and timelines.
• Communicate updates to clients and maintain client relationships.
