Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support U.S. business immigration engagements for clients.
• Assist with document collection, drafting, reviewing and submission of packages.
• Coordinate with HR contacts and applicants to gather information.
• Draft complete application packages for supervising lawyers.
• Ensure timely filing and keep lawyers updated on client questions.
• Delegate work to support staff and manage data entry in applicant tracking systems.
