We are currently seeking a passionate and professional sales individual to join our team at The Wine Shop. Our team is dedicated to providing a superior shopping experience, celebrating every occasion with our customers, from dinner parties to solo glasses, birthdays, and engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure total customer satisfaction and provide outstanding customer service to every customer.
  2. Assist customers with their purchases and provide product information as needed.
  3. Help with product shipments and merchandising, including light cleaning of shelves and display units.
  4. Handle cash transactions accurately and balance the till.
  5. Follow Health and Safety rules & Security protocols within the workplace.
  6. Contribute as a team player to the team’s efforts.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Demonstrated guest/customer service excellence focus.
  • Experience working with computer-based point of sale systems and handling cash is an asset.
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Smart Serve Certification.
  • Working knowledge of Windows applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs regularly.
