The ideal candidate will have demonstrated guest/customer service excellence, experience with computer-based point of sale systems, and be flexible to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. A Smart Serve Certification is required, along with working knowledge of Windows applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. The role involves assisting customers, managing product shipments and merchandising, handling cash, and ensuring health and safety compliance.
