We are currently seeking an extraordinary teammate to join The Wine Shop. We want professional, passionate sales individuals dedicated to providing a superior shopping experience.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Demonstrated guest/customer service excellence
• Experience with computer-based point of sale systems and handling cash (asset)
• At least 2 years of customer service experience
• Smart Serve Certification
• Working knowledge of Windows applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift 40 lbs regularly

The responsibilities include:

• Ensuring total customer satisfaction and outstanding service
• Assisting customers with purchases and product information
• Supporting product shipments and merchandising, including light cleaning
• Handling cash and balancing the till accurately
• Adhering to Health and Safety rules and security protocols
• Being a team player contributing to team efforts
