Job summary

Carrier Enterprise Canada is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to lead daily cycle counts, manage TWL system operations, and resolve inventory variances across Brampton sites. You will partner with Operations and Purchasing to optimize stock levels and maintain accurate records.

The role requires experience in inventory control or logistics, strong Excel/reporting skills, and an ability to drive process improvements while handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics, or related roles.
• Strong Excel and reporting capabilities; interpret purchasing, demand and inventory data.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail with the ability to reconcile variances.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive follow‑through to completion.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally with Operations and Distribution teams.
• Working knowledge of inventory systems / warehouse management processes (TWL or similar systems preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily or weekly cycle counts and submit required inventory adjustments to ensure accurate local inventory.
• Review and reconcile Carrier and non-Carrier statement aging issues.
• Resolve variance issues related to WT exceptions and delivery discrepancies.
