FLINT Corp. is seeking a Pipefitter Foreperson for a permanent role in Fort McMurray, AB, starting May 19, 2026. The position offers a 7 days on / 7 days off schedule with 12-hour workdays and camp accommodations.

Flights from Calgary or Edmonton are provided after 300+ hours worked, with benefits after threshold. Requirements include 4+ years in oil and gas supervisory roles, relevant safety tickets, English proficiency, and reliable transport to site.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in maintenance and construction supervisory in oil and gas.
  • Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements: CSTS-2020, H2S Alive, Fall Protection, Standard First Aid, WHMIS.
  • Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
  • Must have own reliable transportation to site; valid driver’s license with clean 5-year abstract (under 6 demerits).

Job Description

FLINT is seeking a Pipefitter Foreperson with construction supervisory experience in oil and gas industry for a permanent job in Fort McMurray, AB starting, May 19th, 2026. In this position, you will enjoy a 7 days on / 7 days off schedule, 12-hour workdays, camp accommodation, flights provided from the flight hubs (Calgary or Edmonton), and benefits after 300+ hours worked.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in maintenance and construction supervisory in oil and gas industry.
