Job summary

FLINT Corp. is hiring for a Conklin, AB turnaround project. The roles cover forepersons, pipefitters, welder helpers, spark watch, and materials & equipment support for maintenance and turnaround tasks.

Positions require a valid trade certificate and a minimum of skilled experience in oil and gas construction. In-person attendance, safety training, and a valid driver's license with clean abstract are expected.

Qualifications

• Valid Journeyperson or Apprentice Trade certificate.
• Proven experience in oil and gas construction projects preferred.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and turnaround work on PSVs, tanks, vessels, valves, exchangers, and welding.
• Attend day and night shifts; adhere to safety requirements and site rules.

Details:

• Turnaround Scope: Maintenance and turnaround work on PSVs, tanks, vessels, valves, exchangers, and welding.
• Day & Night Shifts Available
• Night Shift Premium
• Mobilization & Demobilization provided every rotation
• Camp Accommodation Only
  • Valid Journeyperson or Apprentice Trade certificate.
  • Minimum 4 years in oil and gas construction projects preferred.
  • Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
    • CSTS-20
    • CSO
    • WHMIS
    • Spark Watch (if applicable)
  • No virtual option — in-person attendance required for the following ticket requirements:
    • Fall Protection
    • H2S Alive
    • Confined Space Entry
  • Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
  • Must have your own reliable transportation to the site.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean 5-year Driver’s Abstractwithunder 6 demerits.

This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drugand alcohol testing.
