FLINT in Whitecourt, AB is hiring a Journeyperson Pipefitter for a long-term role starting October 2026. The position offers a flexible schedule, LOA of $150/day, and safety-focused culture.

You will install pipes, fittings, and valves, perform maintenance tasks on industrial systems, and contribute to critical infrastructure projects while adhering to safety programs and company standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance or Oil & Gas projects.
• Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements: H2S Alive, Confined Space Entry, Fall Protection, Standard First Aid, Aerial Work Platform.
• Physically capable of demanding tasks in varying conditions.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication.
• Must have own reliable transportation to site.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean 5-year record and under 6 demerits.

Responsibilities

• Install pipes, fittings, and valves with precision across industrial systems.
• Support maintenance or Oil & Gas projects as a Journeyperson Pipefitter.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure safety and quality on site.
