Job summary

FLINT Corp. is hiring Journeyperson Pipefitters for a 3-week assignment in Conklin, AB (Christina Lake). You will work 12-hour days on a 24-on/4-off cycle, with camp accommodation provided and travel pay of $300.

Benefits apply after 300+ hours worked. Qualified candidates must hold a Journeyperson/Apprentice Steamfitter-Pipefitter ticket, meet safety-ticket requirements (CSTS-2020, H2S Alive, CSO, etc.), be fluent in English, and have reliable transportation to site.

Qualifications

• Valid Journeyperson/Apprentice Steamfitter-Pipefitter certificate/ticket.
• Mandatory safety tickets CSTS-2020, H2S Alive, Confined Space Entry.
• CSO, Fall Protection, WHMIS requirements.
• English language proficiency in written and spoken form.
• Must have own reliable transportation to site and a valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Install pipes, fittings and valves with precision in industrial environments.
• Join a crew where skills are valued and safety is prioritized.

We're currently hiring Journeyperson Pipefitters for a 3 weeks role in Conklin, AB (Christina Lake) starting September 12. You will enjoy a continuous work schedule of 24 days on and 4 days off, 12-hour workdays, camp accommodation, $300 travel pay, and benefits after 300+ hours worked.

Qualifications

• Valid [Journeyperson/Apprentice] Steamfitter-Pipefitter certificate/ticket.
• Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
• CSTS-2020
• H2S Alive
• Confined Space Entry
• Common Safety Orientation (CSO)
• Fall Protection
• WHMIS
• Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
• Must have own reliable transportation to site.
• Valid driver's license and clean 5-year Driver's Abstract with under 6 demerits.

This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
