Qualifications

• Italian proficiency is a definite asset.
• Willing to travel to Italy for 2-3 weeks for training.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with manufacturing background.
• Tube manufacturing experience is a strong asset.
• Folding carton gluing or die-cutter experience preferred.
• General manufacturing experience preferred.
• Machine setup experience preferred.
• Safety-conscious with adherence to safety protocols.
• Team-focused and able to work collaboratively.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Basic computer skills including Excel, Word, and email.
• Proficient in basic measurement tools including calipers and verniers.

Responsibilities

• Operate tube-manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform machine setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting
• Conduct routine quality checks using calipers, verniers, and metric/imperial measuring tools
• Monitor production output to ensure products meet specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety and 5S standards
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
• Accurately complete production reports using basic computer applications
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
