Job summary

1-800-GOT-JUNK? is hiring positive, physically fit individuals to join our Truck Teams. We operate 7 days a week with varied shifts; starting pay is $18/hour plus cash tips daily, card tips on paycheques, and performance bonuses.

Join a friendly, professional team that values safe driving, excellent customer experiences, and opportunities to grow. Shifts run from 7:30 am to 11 am, with 8–12 hour durations across full- and part-time roles.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years of age for driving positions.
• Valid Full G license or better.
• Safe, responsible driving record (past 3 years).
• Positive, friendly attitude with good written and verbal communication skills.
• Physically able to lift 50lbs+ repeatedly.
• Previous customer service, sales, physical labor, and/or driving experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shift starts at a centrally located office before pairing with a truck team for the day.
• Travel to customers' homes and properties in our blue trucks to remove items and leave customers with smiles.
• Dispose of items responsibly through recycling, donation, and waste management facilities.
• Contribute to a stable, active team with regular work schedules and ongoing opportunities.
