Job summary

1-800-GOT-JUNK? is seeking positive, physically fit individuals to join our Truck Teams. We offer full-time and part-time positions with shifts starting between 7:30 am and 11 am, typically 8–12 hours. Starting pay is $18/hour plus tips and monthly bonuses.

Join a team-known for friendly service and clean blue trucks. You will work at a centrally located office, then visit customers’ homes to remove unwanted items, and ensure responsible disposal through recycling, donation, and waste facilities.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years of age for driving positions.
• Valid driver’s license (Full G License or better).
• Safe, responsible driver with a clean driving record (past 3 years).
• Physically able to lift 50lbs+ repeatedly.
• Previous customer service, sales, physical labor, and/or driving experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers' homes and properties in our trucks to remove unwanted items.
• Drive and operate a blue truck to complete service routes for the day.
• Dispose of items responsibly via recycling, donation, and waste management facilities.

Truck Team Member - General Labor / Customer Service / Driver

• Hiring Immediately for Full-Time & Part-Time - must be available to work at leas 3 shifts per week. Shift start times can vary between 7:30 am to 11 am and are typically 8-12hrs. We operate 7-days a week with various shifts and days available.
• Starting pay:$18/hour plus tips (cash tips daily and card tips on every pay cheque) and performance bonuses (paid monthly).

About the position

• Each shift starts at our centrally located office where you'll be matched up with your truck team and given your service routes for the day
• You’ll head out in our shiny blue trucks to visit customers' homes and properties and take away their unwanted items while leaving smiles on their faces
• You’ll dispose of items responsibly through our recycling, donating and waste management facilities
