Job summary

1-800-GOT-JUNK? is hiring for Truck Team Members to join our fast-growing team. You will work in our clean, blue trucks, removing unwanted items from customers’ homes and properties.

We offer full-time and part-time roles with start times between 7:30 am and 11 am, 7 days a week. Starting pay is $17–$18/hour plus tips and monthly bonuses, with co-pay benefits after one year. You’ll need a valid license and be physically able to lift 50 lbs+.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age for insurance reasons.
• Valid driver’s license (Class G).
• Safe, responsible driver with a clean driving record (past 3 years).
• Physically able to lift 50lbs+ repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes in our blue trucks to remove unwanted items.
• Load and transport items safely to disposal/recycling facilities.
• Provide friendly customer service and ensure customer smiles.

1-800-GOT-JUNK? is growing and looking for positive, physically fit people to join our Truck Teams. We’re the World’s Largest Junk Removal Service, known for our professional, friendly team members and clean, shiny blue trucks.

Truck Team Member - General Labor / Customer Service / Driver

• Hiring Immediately for Full-Time & Part-Time - must be available to work at least 4 shifts per week. Shift start times can vary between 7:30 am to 11 am and are typically 8-12hrs. We operate 7-days a week.
• Starting pay:$17-$18/hour plus tips (cash tips daily ,card tips on every paycheck) and performance bonuses (paid monthly). Average Total pay has been $25/Hour with Tips and Bonuses.
• We offer co-pay benefits after 1st year.

About the position:

• Each shift starts with a commercial vehicle inspection, Followed by our morning safety meeting.
• You’ll head out in our shiny blue trucks to visit customers’ homes and properties and take away their unwanted items while leaving smiles on their faces
• You’ll dispose of items responsibly through various recycling, donating and waste management facilities

About you:

• Must be 21+ years of age for (for insurance purposes)
• Willing and able to be a problem solver. ( Our customers depend on us)
• A valid driver's license(Class G)
• A safe, responsible driver with a c lean driving record (past 3 years)
• A positive, friendly attitude & good written and verbal communication skills
• Physically able to lift 50lbs+ repeatedly
• Previous customer service, sales, physical labor, and/or driving experience a plus!
