2. Inspect and test mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions
3. Review work orders
4. Test automotive systems and components
5. Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of truck-trailer systems
6. Repair or replace mechanical units or components
7. Estimate parts and labour costs for vehicle maintenance and repairs
8. Complete reports documenting problems and work performed
