Job summary

BLS Asphalt (2021) Ltd. in Saskatchewan is seeking reliable truck drivers to join our growing team. You will haul aggregate from pits to yards and asphalt from plants to job sites, using End dump and Super B trailers.

We require a Class 1 license with air endorsement, at least 2 years of heavy-truck experience, and the ability to work weekends and overtime. Duties include pre-trip inspections, load tarping, and keeping equipment clean and safe.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable, safe and dependable drivers.
• Class 1 License with air endorsement required.
• 2 years heavy truck experience required.
• End Dump experience considered an asset.
• Loader operation capability considered an asset.
• Wage dependent on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Haul aggregate from pit to yard using End dump or Super B trailers.
• Haul asphalt from plant to job site using End dump trailers.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Tarp and secure loads during transport.
• Maintain vehicle in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
• Weekend work is required and shift work (day/night) is seasonal.
