Job summary

White River Forest Products LP is seeking a on-site lumber technician to inspect logs and rough lumber, determine optimal cuts, and then saw, trim and plane lumber into dressed sizes. The role requires precision, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards.

Working on location, you will monitor material flow, operate and maintain mill equipment, and prepare reports on production and quality. This position emphasizes manual dexterity and strong attention to detail within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Experience in lumber processing is an asset.
• Ability to work on site at a sawmill.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.

• Saw, trim and plane rough lumber into dressed lumber of various sizes.
