Job summary

STUDIO DENTAL in Toronto is seeking a passionate, hardworking Traveling Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator for a full-time role. You will travel between all Studio Dental offices in the GTA, assisting orthodontists and supporting staff to optimize patient care and ensure seamless treatment execution.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Treatment Coordinator and in orthodontics, with strong communication and customer service skills to engage patients and promote adherence to treatment

The team at STUDIO DENTAL located in TORONTO, ONTARIO are looking for a passionate, hard-working TRAVELING ORTHO Treatment Coordinator on a full-time basis.

The ideal TRAVELING ORTHO Treatment Coordinator for our team will be highly motivated to optimize patient experience and care, while also assisting our dental providers with treatment and room prep. TREATMENT COORDINATOR WILL BE TRAVELING BETWEEN ALL STUDIO DENTAL OFFICE WITHIN THE GTA AND WORKING ALONG SIDE OUR OTHRODONTIST. The person we want loves interacting with patients, to build loyalty with the dental practice but more importantly to promote the benefits of patient ownership in following their dentist approved treatment plan.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator is considered an asset.


• Experience REQUIRED


• 2 year of experience is required in orthodontic


• Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker is considered an asset


• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families


• Customer service mindset
