STUDIO DENTAL in Toronto, Ontario is seeking a passionate Traveling Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator on a full-time basis to join our growing practice. The role requires traveling between all Studio Dental offices within the GTA, coordinating patient care and assisting orthodontists with treatment and room prep.

A customer-service mindset and strong communication with patients and families are essential. We value experience in orthodontics, familiarity with dental practice management software

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in orthodontics.
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker is an asset.
• Strong communication with patients and families; customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Travel between GTA Studio Dental offices to coordinate care.
• Assist orthodontists with treatment and room prep.
• Promote adherence to the prescribed treatment plan and ownership.

The team at STUDIO DENTAL located in TORONTO, ONTARIO are looking for a passionate, hard-working TRAVELING ORTHO Treatment Coordinator on a full-time basis.

The ideal TRAVELING ORTHO Treatment Coordinator for our teamwill be highly motivated to optimize patient experience and care, while also assisting our dental providers with treatment and room prep. TREATMENT COORDINATOR WILL BE TRAVELING BETWEEN ALL STUDIO DENTAL OFFICE WITHIN THE GTA AND WORKING ALONG SIDE OUR OTHRODONTIST.The person we want loves interacting with patients, to build loyalty with the dental practice but more importantly to promote the benefits of patient ownership in following their dentist approved treatment plan.

• Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator is considered an asset.
• Experience REQUIRED
• 2 year of experience is required in orthodontic
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Trackeris considered an asset
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Customer service mindset
