Job summary

First Onsite Restoration is hiring Commercial Superintendents to lead field staff, coordinate contractors and sub-trades, and keep projects on schedule across remote communities in Saskatchewan. This rotating role includes 3-4 weeks on site followed by 7-10 days at home, a 6-day work week, and travel with accommodations provided.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or coordinating teams in fast-paced, hands-on environments.
• Strong organization skills and ability to manage documentation, safety paperwork, reporting and timesheets.
• Comfort with using smartphones and web-based tools to upload and record information.

Responsibilities

• Lead field staff, coordinate contractors and sub-trades, and keep work on track.
• Ensure safety documentation, reporting and timesheets are completed accurately.
• Communicate effectively, resolve conflicts, and be hands-on when needed.
