Job summary

ServcoCanada Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for the Snow Lake, Manitoba project for approximately six months, with travel 1–2 weeks per month. This role oversees project execution, coordinating trades, engineers and logistics to ensure on-time, in-scope results.

Successful candidate may transition to a full-time permanent role in Winnipeg or Regina, depending on operations, with travel to sites as needed. We value collaboration, problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Legally entitled to work in Canada with long-term work authorization.
• Resides in or near Winnipeg, MB, or Regina, SK.
• Valid driver’s license and own transportation; bus transportation is not available.
• Willingness to travel to Snow Lake, MB 1–2 weeks per month.
• Proven Project Manager experience in construction or industrial sectors.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent time management to meet milestones.
• Familiarity with quality management principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with tradespeople, engineers, and site logistics specialists for seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to stay on track.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, and stakeholder reports.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders to promote collaboration and resolve issues promptly.
• Travels to job site.
