Job summary

First Onsite is seeking a Travelling Project Coordinator for a Saskatchewan assignment with a 3:1 rotation and a 12-month contract on-site in Saskatoon, SK.

The role supports Project Managers, tracks progress, manages documentation, and helps teams stay aligned in a fast-paced restoration environment; travel and accommodations are provided, with a daily meal allowance.

You will coordinate multiple priorities, prepare invoices, and ensure client satisfaction while upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of office administration or project coordination experience, preferably in construction or restoration
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and comfort using digital tools and project tracking systems
• Experience with XactAnalysis
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Effective communicator who can manage multiple priorities and tight timelines
• Basic accounting and data entry skills, with an understanding of job costing and billing
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to providing excellent client service

Responsibilities

• Review files and ensure timelines and standards are on track
• Maintain communication with Project Managers, Construction Managers, and subcontractors
• Prepare invoices and follow up on accounts receivable
• Keep digital records organized and accessible
• Spot potential issues and resolve problems to prevent delays
• Keep clients informed from start to finish to ensure satisfaction
