Job summary

Flight Centre Careers is seeking a Customer Success Consultant in Vancouver to build strong client relationships, drive adoption of travel technology, and deliver proactive, data-driven support. You will act as a trusted advisor and coach to maximise the value of clients' travel programmes.

The role emphasizes proactive guidance, collaboration across Sales, Finance, and Operations, and delivering measurable outcomes in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must have prior customer-facing experience.
• Experience in Customer Success or Operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of the travel industry is a plus.
• Bilingual communication skills are preferred.
• Strong ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a KPI-driven environment.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Case Management systems, Melon, Gong, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests within 24 hours according to service standards.
• Drive client adoption and utilization of travel technology solutions.
• Conduct travel programme reviews and identify opportunities to improve outcomes.
• Provide training and education to clients on products and services.
• Troubleshoot client issues and coordinate solutions with internal teams.
• Schedule and conduct annual customer check-ins.
• Customize client meetings around business priorities.
• Develop data-driven client engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations and others to improve service.
• Gather and act on customer feedback for long-term success.
• Identify revenue growth opportunities and help capture client spend leakage.
• Support contract renewals and retention initiatives.
• Generate customer referrals and success stories for broader use.
• Facilitate smooth onboarding to long-term partnerships.
• Support internal teams as required.
• Maintain regular engagement with portfolios through automated sequences.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive workplace.
