Job summary

Corporate Traveller is seeking a Customer Success Consultant to help clients maximise value from their travel programme and technology solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, coach, and product expert, driving adoption, growth and retention across a portfolio of clients.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, respond to client requests quickly, and provide proactive guidance to ensure measurable outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
• Experience in Customer Success or Operations preferred.
• Travel industry knowledge preferred.
• Strong ability to build rapport and develop trusted client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests within established service standards, within 24 hours.
• Drive adoption and utilisation of travel technology solutions.
• Conduct travel programme reviews to identify opportunities to improve outcomes.
• Provide training, support, and education to clients on products and services.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations and other teams to resolve customer challenges.
• Proactively schedule and conduct annual customer check-ins.
