Job summary

CAA Travel, part of the CAA Club Group, is hiring a Travel Product Specialist for a 15-month contract. The role focuses on planning travel expos, gathering partner offers, and maintaining product content across platforms.

The candidate should have a post-secondary degree in Travel and Tourism, 3+ years in travel product management, and familiarity with GDS/Travel CRM systems. AI tools may be used in recruitment.

Qualifications

• Post secondary degree or diploma in Travel and Tourism preferred.
• Minimum 3 years travel product management or supplier relations experience.
• TICO certification or willingness to complete.
• Experience in travel retail or travel industry customer service is an asset.
• Knowledge of Travel CRM systems and GDS is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in planning, coordination, and execution of travel expos and consumer events.
• Gather travel partner offers and coordinate with Marketing to post on websites.
• Manage daily news content and weekly Manitoba travel updates.
• Support Travel Product content on myCCG, including document updates and page content changes.
• Develop supplier sales incentive material and track progress.
