Job summary

CAA Club Group is seeking a Travel Product Manager to join our team in Canada. This role focuses on planning, coordinating and optimizing travel product content, supplier relationships, and partner promotions within the CCG Travel portfolio.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in travel product management, familiarity with GDS, travel CRM systems and MS Office, and a post-secondary credential in Travel and Tourism. TICO certification or willingness to obtain is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years travel product management or supplier relations management experience
• Post Secondary Degree or Diploma in Travel and Tourism
• TICO certified or willing to complete
• Familiarity with GDS systems and travel CRM
• Knowledge of MS Office applications

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in planning, coordination, and execution of CCG Travel Expos and consumer events
• Gather travel partner limited time offers monthly and publish to CCG websites
• Manage Daily News content submission and weekly Manitoba travel updates
• Support management of Travel Product content on myCCG with document updates and page content updates
• Develop supplier sales incentive material and internal communications
• Document partner activities and provide monthly summary to manager
• Liaise with Travel Partners for reporting, payments and escalations
