Job summary

CAA Club Group is seeking a Travel Product Manager to drive planning and execution of CCG Travel Expos and consumer events. You will gather monthly travel partner offers and ensure timely posting to CCG websites, while maintaining daily news content and weekly travel updates for Manitoba.

The role requires a post-secondary degree in travel and tourism or equivalent, with 3+ years in travel product management or supplier relations. TICO certification is preferred or willing to complete.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in travel product management or supplier relations management.
• TICO certification or willingness to complete.
• Experience in travel retail or travel industry customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute CCG Travel Expos and consumer events.
• Gather travel partner offers monthly and post to CCG websites.
• Manage Daily News content submissions and weekly Manitoba travel updates.
• Maintain Travel Product content on myCCG with updates and page content changes.
• Develop supplier sales incentive material and coordinate internal communications and progress tracking.
• Document partner activities and provide monthly summaries to manager.
• Liaise with Travel Partners for reports, payments and escalations.
• Support manager with supplier communications and business documentation.
