Job summary

ParaMed is seeking a Pediatric Shift Nurse (RN/RPN) to provide in-home pediatric care across Thornhill and surrounding areas. This full-time role requires travel to patient residences and offers autonomy with strong clinical support and ongoing development opportunities.

You will apply pediatric care expertise, perform assessments, implement care plans, and maintain documentation while collaborating with a supportive nursing team and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Pediatric care experience is mandatory.
• CNO-registered nursing license in good standing.
• Ability to travel to patient residences within a designated area.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients using appropriate tools to identify needs and risks.
• Execute and continuously monitor pediatric care plans.
• Maintain and update patient records related to encounters and plans.
