Job summary
ParaMed Home Health Care in Waterloo Region is seeking a Pediatric Registered Practical Nurse for community-based, full-time shifts. You will provide patient-centred nursing care in homes, with support from RNs for complex cases, requiring travel within the region.

Qualifications
- Experience in pediatric home care settings is required or preferred.
- Ability to work independently with support from RNs for complex cases.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled community visits to meet pediatric patient needs
- Deliver ethical, safe nursing care within scope of practice
- Use assessment tools to evaluate patient needs and update care plans
- Maintain accurate patient records and collaborate with the care team
- Travel within Waterloo Region to patient residences
