Qualifications

• 2-4 years customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
• Insurance experience, particularly in Travel Medical, is an asset.
• A & S license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide quotes/sales on Travel Insurance to potential customers.
• Quote and bind customers on Travel Insurance policies using proper techniques.
• Exceed customer service standards and departmental KPI goals.
