Job summary

CAA Niagara is seeking a Travel Services Representative to support Members and travel consultants across Niagara Falls and Grimsby. You will handle travel bookings (air, hotel, car), invoicing, and group arrangements while delivering friendly, accurate service in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes detail, organization, and cross-sales of additional products such as travel insurance. Working on-site with some flexibility, you’ll collaborate with Journeys and other teams to ensure

Qualifications

2+ years of customer service experience.
Post-secondary education in Travel & Tourism or related field is considered an asset.
Must obtain TICO Certification within the first 3 months of employment.
Previous travel agency or travel industry experience is an asset.
Demonstrated efficiency and accuracy in data entry and administrative work.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional service to Members and Non-Members in-person, by phone or appointments.
Support Travel department phone queue and direct or fulfill requests as needed.
Facilitate bookings for air, hotel and car rental within North America.
Cross-sell and promote travel insurance and other services.
Process payments, deposits and refunds per policy and regulatory requirements.
Create accurate travel invoices using booking data and supplier rates.
Review bookings and invoices for accuracy and completeness.
