CAA Niagara in the Niagara Region, ON seeks a part-time, on-site Member Services Representative to be the first face members see when visiting or calling. You will perform sales, support, and travel insurance related tasks in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle membership, insurance, travel programs, and savings initiatives, moving between tasks and locations as needed, delivering exceptional experiences and information to members.

About the Role

This isn't your typical desk job. As a Member Services Representative (MSR), you are the face of CAA Niagara - the first and lasting impression for our members, whether they walk through our doors or call us on the phone.

This is a multi-faceted, fast-paced position where no two days look the same. You'll wear many hats - from sales advisor and customer support specialist to travel insurance consultant - all while staying on the move and adapting to meet the needs of the day. Your ability to connect, adapt, and create exceptional experiences is what makes you a standout.

The hourly wage for this role is $19.74.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent CAA Niagara with professionalism and pride as a brand ambassador.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone, building trust and loyalty with members.
• Assist members with a variety of services, including membership, insurance, travel programs, and savings initiatives.
• Flexibly move between tasks, roles, and locations based on daily operational needs.
• Provide accurate, helpful, and timely information to ensure every member leaves with value.

Education & Experience
