Job summary

Covenant House Vancouver is seeking a Program Services Clinical Training Manager to design and deliver clinical training across programs. You will ensure staff have the skills to support youth through trauma-informed care and evidence-based interventions, while maintaining audit-ready training records.

Qualifications

• Training and facilitation expertise with adult learning principles.
• Trauma informed clinical knowledge and vicarious trauma awareness.
• Proficient with training data analysis and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Training needs analysis and continuous improvement.
• Identify learning gaps and plan strategies with program managers.
• Collaborate and report training records with Covenant House International.
• Audit training records for accuracy, currency, and compliance.
• Deliver in-house clinical training to staff, including Foundations of Trauma informed care and Motivational Interviewing.
• Coordinate training across the Program Services department and ensure accreditation readiness.
