Centre for Sexuality in Calgary, AB is seeking a Client Services and Intake Coordinator to greet clients, handle inquiries, and support intake processes for counselling services. You will coordinate referrals, process payments, and maintain records with confidentiality and care.

This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, and a commitment to inclusive, trauma-informed service. Some evening and weekend work is required; engaging with diverse communities and ensuring access

Qualifications

• Relevant intake experience and client support
• Experience with front desk operations and administration
• Knowledge of referral systems and community resources
• Comfort discussing sexual health and relationships with diverse clients
• Commitment to trauma-informed service delivery

Responsabilités

• Greet clients, visitors and partners in a warm, professional, trauma-informed manner
• Respond to inquiries via walk-ins, phone, and email and provide information or referrals
• Support intake processes including preliminary assessments and documenting information
• Process payments for counselling sessions and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate scheduling and waitlist management for counselors
• Maintain reception area, sign-in procedures, and office confidentiality practices
• Collaborate with counseling staff and manager on urgent or high-risk situations
• Monitor inventory and coordinate supply orders; liaise with building management as needed
