You will collaborate with maintenance, drivers, and operations staff to gather information, identify high-risk routes, and support cost-benefit analyses for preventive measures. A related Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in logistics are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or insurance industries is an asset.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; experience with claims management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough investigations of equipment damage incidents including tractors, trailers, and cargo handling equipment.
• Analyze damage patterns and prepare detailed damage reports.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams, drivers, and operations staff to gather comprehensive incident information.
• Identify high-risk routes, facilities, and operational scenarios through trend analysis.
• Work with safety teams to establish best practices and standard operating procedures.
• Generate monthly and quarterly damage analysis reports for senior management.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses for proposed prevention initiatives.
• Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams.
