Job summary

Charger Logistics Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented analyst to conduct in-depth investigations of equipment damage incidents across tractors, trailers, and cargo handling equipment, and to analyze patterns for actionable reports.

You will collaborate with maintenance, drivers, and operations to gather incident data, identify high-risk routes, and support safety initiatives while preparing periodic damage analyses for senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or insurance industries is an asset.
• Strong analytical skills are preferred.
• Experience with claims management systems and processes.
• Knowledge of commercial vehicle operations and equipment types.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough investigations of equipment damage incidents including tractors, trailers, and cargo handling equipment.
