Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Intelligence, or related field.
• Experience analyzing large financial and accounting datasets.
• Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or predictive analytics for financial data.
• Proficient in Excel; experience with Power BI, Tableau.
• Strong skills in data extraction, cleaning, and modeling from ERP systems (e.g., Workday).
• Experience with variance, trend, KPI analysis, and forecasting.
• Ability to provide data-driven insights to support business decisions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of automation and reporting optimization.
