Job summary

Nature's Touch in Montreal seeks an organized Order Entry Clerk to manage customer orders and coordinate shipments for a refrigerated environment. You will verify inventory, enter orders in the ERP, and maintain accurate ship and delivery dates.

Responsibilities include communicating with customers about changes, ensuring full truck loads while respecting weight limits, and preparing required documentation for shipments.

Qualifications

• Two languages: English and French required (written & verbal).
• Experience in a similar role is required.
• Strong computer skills and ERP familiarity are expected.

Responsibilities

• Receive customer requests and ensure orders are completed.
• Validate orders against inventory and propose substitutions for shortages.
• Enter orders in the ERP with all pertinent data.
• Keep ship and delivery dates updated in the ERP.
• Coordinate pickups and deliveries with transport partners.
• Complete documentation for orders.
• Communicate changes to customers about orders or delivery dates.
• Ensure trucks are fully loaded and weight limits are respected.
• Investigate discrepancies in quantity, pricing, or shipments.
