Job summary

Premier Tech in Canada is seeking a Transport Clerk to support shipping, inventory and driver coordination. You will welcome truck drivers, explain policies, and manage calls and administrative tasks while maintaining accurate shipping records across sites.

The role requires strong communication, time management and ERP/MS Office skills, with bilingual English/French being a plus. This on-site position supports a cross-functional logistics team within a growing horticulture network.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, customer service or transportation is an asset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of ERP is an asset.
• Strong communication skills, time management and organizational abilities.
• Bilingualism in English and French is not required but is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Welcome truck drivers.
• Clearly explain company policies to drivers and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Manage incoming calls, process the mailbox, support various administrative tasks and all receptions.
• Prepare shipping documents and enter shipment data into the system.
• Maintain the inventory, classify shipping-related documents and keep all records consistently up to date.
• Track, validate and reconcile product orders against supplier confirmations across multiple sites; maintain end-to-end visibility over operations.
• Collaborate with customer service teams to ensure smooth coordination of shipping activities and resolve issues promptly.
