Johnson Controls is seeking a Transition Manager II in Canada to lead mobilization during construction, manage warranty programs post-construction, and support operations for new projects to ensure contractual compliance.
The role requires extensive experience in facility management, planning/scheduling, and P3 account transitions, with strong MS Project/Smartsheet/CMMS skills and excellent communication. Travel up to 10% may be required.
The Transition Manager II will be responsible for managing the Mobilization efforts during the construction phase, Warranty Program during the post-construction phase, and providing general support to Operations as new projects are onboarded to ensure we meet and are compliant with contractual obligations.

HIRING SALARY RANGE : $99,300 - $149,100 CAD (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
