Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Transition Manager II to lead mobilization during the construction phase and oversee warranty activities after completion for new projects.

You will coordinate with site teams, manage multiple projects, review contracts, build transition schedules, chair review meetings, and provide monthly status summaries to ensure contract compliance and smooth handover.

Qualifications

• 7 years experience in facility management and operations discipline including planning and scheduling.
• 5 years experience in P3 account transition or operations management.
• High proficiency in MS Project, Smartsheet and CMMS applications.
• Demonstrated customer service orientation with excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Thorough knowledge of a wide area of P3 FM/O&M Business, business systems and infrastructures.
• Ability to plan and execute projects and a high degree of effectiveness in team leadership.
• Occasional travel (10%) required.
