Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Class 2 Driver's Licence with Air Endorsement preferred.
• Proficiency with scheduling software (Trapeze/MAIOR) and MS Office.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing and equipment to meet daily transit service needs.
• Oversee daily operations and identify issues for supervision.
• Create and distribute detailed daily work assignments.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs with garage staff.
• Manage equipment readiness and service resources.
• Enter payroll data and maintain workforce records.
• Support transit administration projects and reports.
• Open/close Transit Operations Building and ensure security.
• Provide emergency operational support as needed.
• Participate in safety programs and ensure regulatory compliance.
