Job summary

Xplor is seeking an Analyst/Senior Analyst, Transformation, to work on cross-functional change initiatives. The role supports integration, modernization of core systems, and AI-driven improvements across customer-facing functions in a remote-friendly Canada context.

The position is a fixed-term role for 12 months with potential extension, designed to build influence and lead to broader leadership opportunities within the organization. Strong analytical and collaborative skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in strategy consulting, transformation, corporate finance, or a similarly analytical role.
• A track record of taking ownership of workstreams within larger cross-functional programmes. SaaS and/or payments experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own transformation projects from design through implementation and measurement of long-term business outcomes.
• Lead the transformation agenda for one or more assigned business functions.
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities, define future-state solutions, and translate priorities into execution plans.
• Define project scope, milestones, responsibilities, dependencies, success measures, and governance.
• Design and implement AI-enabled processes, automations, and operating models with internal/external teams.
• Develop financial models, business cases, data analyses, and performance measures to guide decisions.
